We are looking for a Product Designer Mid to join our Design team. You will be responsible for creating memorable user experiences, with the ability to innovate the fintech sector with your ideas. The person we are looking for has cross skills (from visual design to interaction design, prototype and iterate on UX/UI design including information architecture, wireframes and user flows) and is skilled in communicating their design choices, concepts and goals.
Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers and designers
Design UI, wireframe, user flows, customer journey, personas, benchmarks and other design and research deliverables
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks like
Deliver great experiences and solving problems, but with a eye for great visual design execution
Document your own designs so developers can deliver a pixel-perfect output
Test and validate every new feature to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience;
Participate in research activities (interviews, surveys, workshops, etc.)
Requirements
3+ years of relevant working experience in Product Design (ideally on Fintech)
Full knowledge of design software such as Figma or Sketch
Great communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to give and receive feedback (even negative)
Commitment to help the team: we are not looking for divas but team players
Significant plus: experience in the Design of digital experiences in the fields of Fintech, Banking or Payments
